Very pleased! This is a high quality Ashwaganda! Its flavor and scent are very strong. This powder is perfect for putting into capsules with other powders to customize your daily supplements. It’s got a strong flavor but mixed with other herbs into a tea would help mask it. There are so many wonderful benefits to ashwaganda and this organic product is a great value. Highly recommend!
I had ordered this because I have high cortisol. My doctor recommended it upon getting it. The bag was seeping powder, and I lost quite a bit of it when I opened it, but upon contacting Nutri Glow, they were very helpful and told me they would send me a new one. That’s why I always do business with Nutri Glow. They always make everything right and I think they have high-quality products.
I was looking forward to using Ashwagandha Extract but by the second day I knew the rash I was getting that had increased by my second use was from this. I looked up the side effects but didn’t readily see anything until I started rephrasing my question then a site said it was in the nightshade family! Well unfortunately for me I have a hard time eating food in the nightshade family. I have never had a skin reaction to nightshade it is a digestive issue for me. Since this is my first day that I will not be taking it I am hoping the itchiness and bumps will stop and go away as quick as they came. I really like the company and their products, but you really need to know exactly what you are buying and if it is a good fit for your body.
Purchased this to make capsules, mixed with rhodiola for an adrenal fatigue issues. The powder was easy to work with- not as sticky or "poofy" as it might have been. It would be difficult for me to comment on how effective it is, as we started taking this as part of a huge diet change (paleo-ish) along with other supplements. However, the combination has been live changing- after only several weeks. I have not felt this good in 20 years. I have noted a drastic increase in energy and nearly all my anxiety has gone. As I said, difficult to determine exactly what it was that helped so much, but I will keep taking this combination for sure.
I like using a lot of healthy powders for the smoothie I make in the morning. Pine bark is used to prevent and treat diabetes, diabetic related health issues, problems with the heart and blood vessels. It can be applied to skin to treat foot ulcers in people with diabetes, hemorrhoids & mouth ulcers caused by chemotherapy. I don’t have any of these medical issues. My labs are always excellent. I am almost 64 years old.
I purchased this product for its sports performance applications. I believe that supplementing Ashwagandha before training has improved my workouts. I feel as though I am able to prolong fatigue - pushing harder in the gym. There are several studies about the affects (benefits) of Ashwagandha that I would encourage you to read if you haven't already. I'm several weeks into supplementing this product and I am thoroughly impressed.
I learned a few years ago that a lot Ashwagandha Powders are processed with milk. I'm vegan, so I must always look for the Vegan label. Some of the brands that do process with milk won't always list it on their labels. With NUTRI GLOW Ashwagandha Powder, I know that's it's vegan and seems to be good quality.

Apparently, the active ingredient contained in this traditional Ayurvedic root can reduce allergy symptoms. Opinions differ as to what constitutes the correct way to handle this healing root and the correct dosage. Most Consumer Advice websites say taking the straight powdered root (which is what this is) does not give the full benefit. It needs ground black pepper and ginger mixed with it to give the full effect. Have been using this for over a year. I'm OFF my allergy medications completely. Better still, it improved my sense of smell and taste! It helps a little with my diabetes and high blood pressure. But, DANG did it make my food taste better and my sense of smell is back! I take it with my morning cereal, along with cinnamon and turmeric. Clears my head in the morning.

Wife has been taking this product to fight menopause symptoms along with anxiety and panic attacks, so far working great by consuming the suggested use, this product is a life saver because wife was prescribed a medication venlafaxine for menopause and it almost destroyed her liver and pancreas,,she stopped taking that medication and she substituted with ashawanda,,,so far works great!!!
This works great for relaxing without alcohol. It's not bitter, and is easy to swish down with water/soda. 10/10 would reccomend.
I was pretty skeptical about this product but it does seem to be helping my memory. Putting it into green tea wit a little nutmeg, cinnamon and honey makes it taste good. I use about 1/2 teaspoon of the Nutri Glow Ashwagandha powder.

I had taken Ashwagandha before but did not notice much. this time I was really stressed and I decided to take a large amount. I put three tablespoons in water. In about 1.5 hours I felt almost normal. Not drowsy or anything but normal. It was pretty wild. Definitely recommend taking a large dose if you are struggling.
Okay so the powder doesn't taste the best. but I did find I was sleeping better I'm thinking because you're reduced cortisol levels. What do I know? Good quality, good price, and it was cheaper than the capsules.I'm now trying other products that have ashwagandha in it so I won't be ordering bulk for a while. But if I do this is the stuff I will order.

A great bargain compared to capsules, I put this mild tasting adaptagen in my morning smoothie. I use no more than 1/8 tsp in the smoothie or I get sleepy. My friends are all happy with its effects too saying they are sleeping better and are less anxious and depressed. I am happy with the company and its excellent products.
Skeptical at first but I am really enjoying the product. I feel noticeably more relaxed throughout the day and my libido is through the roof. Would buy again.

Ashwaghanda has been great for me. It is great for anxiety. The taste is unnoticable when mixed with my morning smoothie.

Used in my energy drink. This product is fresh. As far as taste goes, I would not take it straight in water. I mix it in with other flavors of foods.
I feel more energetic, and it seems to help curb my appetite.

great herb & nature 's miracles! i use it to help my insomnia and my dog uses it in lieu of Vectoryl to manage his Cushings. Vectoryl is about $80/mo and might give him cancer and requires 4 yearly $500 tests to monitor his enzyme levels; and ashwagandha is about $10. It seems to help my dog and it has helped my insomnia.
I rarely write reviews for supplements, as I don’t see or feel all the benefits. This makes sense as most are designed to keep us healthy for the long term, so short-term effects are not always noticed.Not with the Nutri Glow Ashwagandha! I read many reviews and have taken this only twice, as I got the order two days ago. Slept great as usual both nights, BUT got up feeling energized and ready to go. Took a coffee with me yesterday morning for my road trip but didn’t need to drink it at all. Woke up an hour before my alarm went off this morning (3am) and could have stayed up but 415 is early enough to get up and head to the gym.
