Nutri Group Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

This return policy is valid for the countries: Australia

Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Nutri Glow will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase and arrange shipment to NUTRI GROUP (Contact nutrioilpty@gmail.com / admin@nutrifoodz.com.au )to know the return shipping address).
  • You produce your original Nutri Oil Pty Ltd register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.
  • The Return cost is of no charge if it is damaged / defective.
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that
    • It is in its original packaging(Box not opened).
    • It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition.

If these requirements are not satisfied Nutri Group reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Other returns

Nutri Glow will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product is unsafe, and
  • You can present your Nutri Group register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Nutri Group may investigate further to determine the nature of the problem. Nutri Group reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Nutri Glow reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note: Your original Nutri Group register receipt or online tax invoice are the best form of proof of purchase

  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

For Online Orders:

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact nutrioilpty@gmail.com / admin@nutrifoodz.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

Refund Policy:

At Nutri Group, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. This refund policy applies exclusively to orders within Australia.

1. Refund Eligibility

We provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
  • Successful Returns: Refunds are also available for products that are returned to us in their original condition, unopened, and unused, within 30 days of purchase.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have processed it.
