I have only been talking the organic beetroot capsules for a short period so too soon to notice the benefits. However I have long known the many health benefits of beetroot for a very active 64 year old person. I cycle over 175km per week and paddle over 22km a week in my kayak. The capsules are easier and more palatable than the amount of beetroot I would need to consume to get the benefits I seek
