I recently ran out of this product after using it for about two months and notice a huge difference in my daily glucose readings. For the past month or so my fasting glucose readings have been about 85-100, since I ran out three days ago my readings have been 111 and 107 yesterday and today. Normally with this Berberine I could have a few snacks like keto chocolate or gummies and glucose would still be nice and normal. I ate so strictly yesterday, just eggs and sausage for breakfast and chicken with cucumber for dinner and fasting numbers were still higher than normal this morning. The only thing that changed I could think that could be causing it is I ran out of my berberine so placing another order right now. If you’re diabetic get on this and stay on this.

I took this one today. My blood sugar was very high. it was 247 at 2:39 PM. I took one pill a berberine and at 5:59 pm it was down to 168 So in a matter of hours it when down that fast. And I ate in between those hours

I began these one week ago taking two a day, 1/2 hour before lunch [I fast until noon], and another one 1/2 hour before dinner. My problem has always been HUNGER and CRAVINGS [and nighttime snacking]. I have lost 3.2 pounds in 7 days and have had little hunger and absolutely NO cravings or midnight snacking at all!! I cannot believe the no cravings because I used to crave constantly!! BTW: When I first got these, I took one pill per day for about 2 or 3 days and they did nothing, but since I started two a day, they are working for me. I believe I am insulin resistant, however that is a self-diagnosis.
