The problem I had was the taste. It’s revolting. Sour and bitter. I’ve mixed it with things but it hasn’t helped. I should have bought them In capsule form. Do you make them? I will still use it because it’s supposed to be amazing and I will test my cholesterol after finishing the 3 packs and keep you posted.
