Great oil for my hair! I apply it to my scalp the night before I plan on washing my hair, then braid and cover with a cap to keep my pillow from smelling like the oil. Not only is my slow growing hair coming in faster and healthier, but the shedding I experienced has gone down tremendously. If I don't use the oil for a week, I see more hair in the brush. It works that quickly for me. I haven't cooked with it or used it on my skin. But for the hair, it's definitely a staple that I plan to keep! The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because of the smell. It's not bad, but it's not my favorite either. Other than that it's perfect for what I need.

ordered this oil for help with joint pain and massage (so external use). My dad swears by mustard oil for his arthritis. I only used it a couple of times and it seems to be doing something!!! Will report on that later, once I am sure it is not placebo. BUT I know that some people consumer mustard oil, but this brand has a potentially dangerous preservative in it, TBHQ (look it up), so if you're concerned with keeping your diet natural and pure, use this brand for massage, not for cooking.
