Moringa leaf is a super food. There is so much information out there about its benefits. Nutri Super Foods uses 100% leaf and this is very important. We are growing our own Moringa trees so that we can use it in cooking and for our animals. Some Indian recipes use the pods.....truly delicious. We sometimes have it in a smoothie or as a tea.

great product, I and my husband have gone off the prescription Frusemide from the doctor as the Moringa does the same thing, if he starts to swell in the lower leg I will give him a 40mg Frusemide until his legs go down. I keep the Moringa going. He doesn't have any side effects from this.

Good for you It's been a week of taking moringa powder every morning with a smoothie. Haven't noticed any dramatic difference in the way I feel but I believe in this product and am sure it will deliver long term health benefits. I find the taste is very strong even if mixed with lots of fruits but it will be part of a morning routine for many months to come!
